Remember

This past week we were blessed to visit San Antonio. Of course while there you have to go see the Alamo. We watched a video which gave a short version of the events surrounding the battle in which Santa Anna defeated the settlers. Following this battle, the phrase “Remember the Alamo” became the great battle cry which changed the tide and eventually Texas became a state.

For a Christian, our battle cry is “Remember Jesus.” This weekend many people will remember what all Jesus has done for us. We remember He died for our sins and that He was resurrected from the grave. Just as this inspired many people, we should be inspired to share this good news with others. This Easter remember that Jesus is “the way, the truth, and the life.”
