“Tis the Season”

As I was getting out all of the decorations (I was reminded I need to downsize), I was not feeling it. I was a little grumpy. Not quite to the Scrooge stage but, I was feeling rushed and anxiety  began to creep in because I haven’t even started my shopping!

But, as the day went on my spirit was quieted. These constraints we put on ourselves don’t have to be this way. Our attitude and the way we treat one another should be paramount. It should not be in the size of the gift or what is decorated and what is not. “Tis the Season” to love one another, care for others, and encourage and lift up your fellow-man. And, while you’re at it, you might just show them Jesus.
