Come with Thanksgiving!

When I read my emails this morning, Psalm 95:1-2 was my verse for the day. I sobbed when I read it. A verse I’ve read before took on new meaning today. In the midst of life’s chaos and pain, it was if the angels were saying to me, “Come, join us in the worship of God. Join us and sing for joy because you need to praise and thank the God of all creation, the rock of your salvation.”

Life can be hard. There are days for all of us when we just want to curl up in a ball and cry. But, today, turn your eyes to the King above all gods. As His children we are “the flock under His care.” As you begin this Thanksgiving week, spend much time in thanking Him for all He has done and will continue to do!
