Lost sheep

Are you feeling lost? Do you feel like no one cares?

I loved this picture when I was a child. I saw it hanging on people’s walls and in our Bible school curriculum. The lesson is the story Jesus told in Luke 15 about the lost sheep. He tells the story of a shepherd who had 100 sheep. One of the them got lost. He didn’t turn his back on the one but went out and looked for it. He carried it home.

Jesus calls himself the Good Shepherd. When others let you down, when you feel alone, he will listen to you when others won’t. He knows your name. Call to Him. Ask Him to help you find your way home.
